East Coast’s first restaurant distillery, Kaptain Jimmy’s, is a full service restaurant and bar with the ability to create handcrafted liquor on-site. Our distillers carefully distill our small-batch, custom-crafted spirits in our traditional 250-gallon copper pot still and 20 foot high vodka column.
